What is When I Work?

Khamu Solutions offers direct integration with When I Work labor scheduling software. The When I Work software lets you create your schedules online and gives your employees the ability to interact with their schedules through their cell phones.

With the direct integration to the point of sale, you can receive text notifications when an employee forgets to clock in, as well as receive accurate labor forecasting based on employee clock-ins. See the image for a breakdown of the When I Work Features that our integration will leverage.

Do I have to get the Basic Account or Premium Account?

You will still benefit from the integration from Sapphire with the limited option. It is entirely up to you on what subscription package to choose. The features available to you in the Sapphire integration will be based upon the features they have access to from When I Work.

How Do I Link Sapphire & When I Work?

Your Sapphire representative will help you establish the link between your When I Work site and Sapphire. Here are the details they will need from you:

  • When I Work Username & Password
  • When I Work Account ID

 Where do I find my Account ID?

You can find the When I Work Account ID by choosing the Account name in the top right corner and finding "App Setting." The Account ID will show next to your Account Name.
